The Maryland Office of the Attorney General and the Maryland General Assembly held a hearing on the Trump Administration's proposed repeal of the Clean Power Plan. That Plan established the first-ever nationwide limits on greenhouse gas emissions from existing fossil-fuel power plants. The hearing addressed the environmental and economic impact on the State of Maryland of the proposed repeal and ensured Marylanders' voices were heard on this important measure.
