During the 2018 session, the General Assembly enacted Chapter 852, which requires all Rental Car and Peer-to-Peer Car Sharing companies that offer Collision Damage Waivers to provide customers with copies of the Collision Damage Waiver Disclosure form prepared by the Consumer Protection Division.
